The Bible calls the Holy Spirit our helper, and one of the ways the Spirit of God helps us is through our prayers. God’s Spirit will intercede on our behalf. He will pray for us, He will pray with us.

In this episode, our Hosts share a testimony about multiple surgeries for malignant melanoma. They show practical ways to pray for the surgery and discuss how the Holy Spirit prays for them and with them.

Since the mid 2000’s, there has been a rise in kids born with special needs. Groups serving these kids, and their parents, have also increased. What about those kids who age out of the programs? What happens to them?

That is called “the cliff” in the special needs community.

In this episode, our special guest, Julie Schall, talks about how God called her to serve those who aged out of the programs available to them. Listen to hear both the need these adults have and the hope that is provided to them.

In this episode, Todd opens up about his journey through PTSD after Hurricane Katrina and military service. His story reminds us that God can work through counselors, doctors, friends, pastors, and even medicine to bring healing and strength.

S6, Ep. 1: The Invisible Hand of God

The man walked out first thing in the morning and was shocked by what he saw: The enemy armies had completely surround the city. From what the man could see, there was no escape.

There was something the man was unable to see. The armies of the Lord were far more numerous then the armies of the enemy king. The prophet prayed and the man’s eyes were opened.

Sometimes, we are like that man, we see the dark clouds of life’s storms, a layoff, a death in the family, food insecurity…but God is so much greater than the storms we face.

Listen, as our host shares how God is always there, helping us, even when we cannot see His helping hand. Know that God’s help can come in many forms, in many different way, but no matter how dark those storm clouds may be, God is carrying us through to the warmth of the sun on the other side.
