During a traumatic event, the brain is primed to respond reflexively to ensure survival. But that same line of defense that keeps us safe can also keep clients trapped in cycles of traumatic memory. Trauma comes in many forms and the cycles of trauma can manifest in many ways.

In this episode, our host shares his own struggles with PTSD, as well as some practical tips to handle the resurgence of anxiety that may develop even after PTSD seems beaten.

Know that through each step, God is with you. Our Heavenly Father will NEVER leave you. Even when you can’t feel His presence, the Lord is there, right beside you.
